A Savvy Business Reviewing and Being Reviewed

     Each and every business out there wants you as a customer, but what makes them Savvy enough to get our Business?  Well, that is what this Blog is here to explore.  Below are some basics to remember when reviewing or being reviewed!
     Reviewer:
     First 90 Days ~ Be kind....in the first 90 days they are still trying to work out bugs of business, cash flow, employees and who they are.  I always encourage people to re-review after the 90 mark if they have a bad expierence. 
     Be constructive not nasty ~ Even when you have a genuine reason to be angry or hurt, make sure to separate your emotion from the facts so the business has the ability to hear what you say and not let their emotion get in the way.  It's about Helping, not hindering or making a bigger mess!
      Be Clear in what you like, love and or don't like and Don't love.  The only way they can get better is if they know whats up

     First 90 Days ~ Attention to Detail!!!  Make sure your people are taking time to pay attention to details!  Those are the things that make us crazy in the beginning!
     Look for constructive, ignore nasty ~ When people take the time to let their emotion direct their writting, you need to realize that someone in your company really went to far and missed big time.  While it can happen that someones bad day taint's them, It is usually the lack an expected expierence, product or service that illicites a strong enough emotion responce for them to take the time to leave negative feed back, and the nastier, usually the stronger the emotion.  Take a deep breath and see if you can stand in their shoes with their cash and see how them paying for the expierence they received would make you feel.  Learn from it, address it and reachout to fix it
     Don't make excuses for bad service, product or expierences.  Find out how you can make it right.
     It's their money....If they are upset, the number one thing you need to remember is that the customer can spend their money ANYWHERE.  When you forget that, people stop spending their money with you.
